OverviewIn alignment with OnPoint’s business goals and objectives, the Learning &amp; Development Consultant is responsible for the design, development, and implementation/delivery of innovative training and development programs and learning solutions that can develop and strengthen the knowledge, skills and abilities of the credit union’s workforce.
