The PRN Simulation Technician provides technical and administrative support to the simulation program as needed. THE ROLEUsing discretion and judgment, the Marketing Analytics Lead Analyst supports the development and implementation of the vision for data-driven marketing for MFS.This role will determine and analyze KPIs for marketing strategies across MFS's digital platforms as well as developing the appropriate frameworks, tools and platforms to effectively analyze data and apply learnings to help the business decision making process.Works with multiple stakeholders to ensure data driven objectives are met and analysis is used appropriately and effectively to optimize programs and initiatives.This role is a champion for data driven decision making throughout the organization, particularly as it pertains to marketing programs.
