This position will be providing direct client support within various client locations in the region.<h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Manage project design and/or construction efforts, to include schedule, funding, and day-to-day project oversight</li><li>Manage and evaluate construction contractor performance</li><li>Integrate and coordinate projects with field personnel</li><li>Evaluate, validate, and manage project change requests</li><li>Provide official weekly project status reports</li><li>Prepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams, and stakeholders</li><li>Assist the client's Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) with acquisition planning, execution and administration</li><li>Assist the CO and COTR with conducting pre-bid and pre-construction site visits with the COTR</li><li>Provide invoice supporting information to the COTR for payment</li><li>Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets; provide technical guidance and assistance on contracting and construction-related issues; direct design efforts; recommend construction documents for approval; and provide oversight of any follow-on maintenance programs</li><li>Optimize performance, cost, and schedule by ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule and at the lowest cost compatible with user requirements</li><li>Conduct design reviews with the customer</li><li>Ensure timely input of all data, comments, and documentation into MAXIMO software project management tool. Job Purpose:&nbsp;To provide instruction in management and business courses.
Essential Job Functions:

<li>Teach management and business courses. Courses are offered primarily for conventional in-person classes with potential for some Hybrid or Desktop Video Courses through Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other technology.</li>
<li>Prepare course syllabi and course materials, evaluate student learning, and maintain class records as defined.&nbsp;</li>

 Position Summary: To provide quality instruction for student learning and to maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom. The major emphasis will be placed on teaching and evaluating students in the classroom and laboratories.
 Department: Business &amp; Computer Technology
 Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Planning and teaching classes as assigned and as outlined in the course descriptions and course syllabi. 2. Supervising the study and learning activities of students assigned. 3. Submitting requests through the department head, program coordinator, or lead teacher for equipment, supplies, textbooks, and other instructional aids. 4. Evaluating the academic progress of students. 5. Demonstrating knowledge of services, regulations, and procedures as defined in the Adjunct Faculty Handbook. 6. Submitting course grades and performing other administrative duties as required. 7. Scheduling two office hours. For extenuating circumstances in which office hours cannot be scheduled, the adjunct faculty member must submit a written plan to the Dean describing how students can access the instructor. Office hours are not paid during the summer session.
 Required Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college/university with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the Management teaching field
