Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (40 hours/week)



Job Summary

Responsibilities include:

Opening and closing of the office; check-in clients and determine their eligibility in SAP; schedule appointments; assist with client paperwork and computerized data entry. Notify students via email of upcoming appointments and of missed appointments as well as fees assessed. Handle calls with clinical/emergency concerns by transferring to a clinician; redirecting calls to appropriate campus departments; address initial complaints until transfer to administrator. General office support activities; providing support for outreach presentations; delivery of information to other offices; scan documents and connect to client files; distributing mail to Center staff.
