Job Summary

The Markey Cancer Center is seeking an Administrative Support Associate II to manage Tumor Board’s and support Clinical Access Management and Front-end Operations.

This position will work closely with the unit Practice Manager and New Patient Coordinators, as well as Markey’s Leadership and Commission on Cancer team. Will provide support to the Medical Director, Practice Manager, Physicians, Technicians and Nurses, maintain databases to improve patient care through work flow and processes, and work collaboratively to improve service to patients and referring physicians.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Office Suite, customer service skills, advance computer skills, office procedures, administrative abilities, and database management.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree plus four or more years related experience preferred.
