Senior Account Executive

<h2>Location: ~40% onsite in Bentonville, AR</h2>
<h2>Purpose:</h2>
The Customer Insights Manager works closely with Hain’s Walmart Account Team to monitor key category performance &amp; competitive activity. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing &amp; Category Managers to develop &amp; communicate fact-based analysis &amp; insights to support Hain’s category solutions &amp; meet topline sales objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
The Customer Insights Manager supports Hain’s Walmart Account Team by using syndicated data, shopper card data, and other insights to identify opportunities, influence the customer, and drive profitable topline growth.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support Hain’s largest customer team by serving as a Customer Insights Manager. Acts as the category subject matter expert for Hain’s Walmart Account Team and Walmart Merchants; possesses deep knowledge of categories and category strategies at Walmart.</li>
<li>Proficient in interpreting shopper data and consumer research to identify category opportunities and develop solutions that accelerate customer growth.</li>
<li>Understand the national category strategy and tailor solutions for Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club. Consistently monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.</li>
<li>Develop short and long-term category objectives aimed at delivering incremental buyers, trips, and units.</li>
<li>Establish credibility as an industry thought leader in category management by gaining strategic category partnerships through demonstration of category and consumer expertise.</li>
<li>Establish strong, multi-level working relationships with Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club based on trust &amp; integrity.</li>
<li>Leverage insights and resources through the utilization of a broad range of data sources (Luminate, Circana, SPINS, Consumer Panel) to develop strategies &amp; merchandising recommendations for Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club.</li>
<li>Synthesize information and insights into selling story, category, and business reviews.</li>
<li>Deliver category insights to Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club to build partnerships and grow our core categories.</li>
<li>Complete customer category review process utilizing category analysis, shopper insights &amp; other available analytic tools.</li>
<li>Provides general reporting, analytical support, and guidance for Hain’s Walmart Account Team.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree</li>
<li>5+ years in a Category Management role or Relevant Sales/Category Experience</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of syndicated data (IRI, Spins, or Nielsen) and shopper data </li>
<li>Advanced Excel &amp; PowerPoint Skills</li>
<li>Category leadership, retail sales &amp; analytics expertise</li>
<li>Shopper insights knowledge</li>
</ul>
