This role will perform all activities related to administrative oversight, marketing to new students, providing resident satisfaction throughout the housing cycle while encouraging residents to renew, making it both challenging and rewarding for those with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Assignments Coordinator (Leasing Professional) reports to the Assistant Director of Occupancy Management and serves as the immediate line of customer service and student interaction on behalf of Campus Housing at the University of Kentucky.
