Provides administrative and clerical support to the DSCC Henry County Center.
Working Conditions:

Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Utilize the Banner software program to assist students with student enrollment and registration needs.</li>
<li>Provide accurate information and pertinent forms relating to all Admissions Office and Business Office requirements in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assist students with the registration and priority registration processes for credit and noncredit courses.</li>
<li>Assist with planning and completion of community events.</li>
<li>Assist with Dual Enrollment at the local high schools when needed, including acting as a substitute in the classroom when needed.</li>
<li>Manage office technology, i.e. copiers, fax machines, telephones, etc.</li>
<li>Assist with establishing and maintaining classroom schedules and other room assignments.</li>
<li>Process key requests for faculty and staff.</li>
<li>Lift and move equipment and furniture.</li>
<li>Maintain office files that are pertinent to this position.</li>
<li>Maintain an office supply list and occasionally order supplies when needed.</li>
<li>Provide minimal leadership and support to student organizations when necessary.</li>
<li>Occasionally serve as a courier between the Center, local financial institutions and area high schools as required.</li>
