Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and vocational training related to maintenance systems. 3+ years commercial and industrial maintenance experience. Position requires a working knowledge of a variety of complex systems
Preferred Qualifications
Maintenance-related certifications and licensures. HVAC Universal certification. Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of this job, including heavy work with exposure to inclement weather conditions for prolonged periods. Must be able to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment, as necessary. Valid motor vehicle operator's license if required. Some experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
