Description:
Working under the direction of the Director of Forensic Analytics, the
Senior Business Analyst is responsible for using advanced business, database and
reporting knowledge to help the analytics team analyze data patterns, perform
root cause analysis and develop meaningful insights to support performance
improvement efforts in the Revenue Cycle Solutions (RCS) business line. The
Senior Business Analyst will serve a critical role in utilizing advanced
analytics and business intelligence solutions to identify opportunities for
improvement in the RCS service line. The
Senior Business Analyst must be able to work independently across the Sutter
Health Corporation and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and
management. A comprehensive knowledge of
ambulatory revenue cycle operations and underlying data structures is
required. The Senior Business Analyst
will be expected to perform various special projects as assigned, as well as
meet appropriate accuracy standards and deadlines.
Minimum Requirements\:
1. Bachelor’s
Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance
or Healthcare, or equivalent combination of education and pertinent experience
in healthcare.
