We are seeking an Agile delivery focused individual with a solid technology mind-set. This individual will demonstrate technical knowledge to drive delivery of multi-disciplinary programs across technical, regulatory and strategic business requirements from beginning to end. Will translate business objectives into execution strategy. Anticipates, tracks, and resolves risks, dependencies, and impediments as part of delivery. Drives all Technology activities from discovery through production release. Partners with Product, Engineers, Architects, Leadership and other key constituents to ensure completeness and efficiency of the solutions being built. This position will report into the Director of Product Delivery and Integration.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drives execution on defined, program-level goals for medium-to-high complexity programs.
  • Works within and across team(s) to anticipate, track, and resolve risks, dependencies and impediments for delivery.
  • Steers technical program conversations (e.g., relating to architectural approach and system design) and articulates solutions; co-develops and documents solution.
  • Participates with product and engineering leaders to build implementation roadmaps.
  • Provides and consolidates inputs for leadership updates; drives meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery.
  • Identifies and takes the lead to drive forward opportunities for improvements to the delivery process; works with relevant teams to redesign process flows.
  • Mentors, guides and supports Technical Project Managers as well as other team members as appropriate.
  • Tracks and interprets relevant objectives and key results/key performance indicators; identifies key insights & next steps.
  • Participates in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies across teams.
  • Provides input into prioritization discussions and pressure tests plans for feasibility, capacity and risk.
  • Drives cohesiveness across teams, ensuring teamwork, and alignment between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to meet the respective requirements.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with SDLC standards.
  • Facilitates and plans development change and release management activities.
  • Identifies and addresses complex inter-team dependencies, bridges gaps within technology management.
  • Follows and instills documentation standard processes to ensure designs meet requirements.
  • Keen understanding of regulatory standards driving consistency within technology and across workstreams.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Sufficient knowledge of technology to understand and discuss challenges and systems design.
  • Independently motivated to learn new skills quickly.
  • Understanding of major coding languages to assist in tracking against delivery challenges and to support solutioning.
  • Experience writing technical documentation.
  • Ability to lead multi-functional projects.
  • Adept in organizational, product, and industry standard metrics. Ability to use metrics to diagnose opportunity areas and improve delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams; build and draw upon strong working relationships to bring different opinions to consensus.
  • Understanding of the full life cycle of product development, from concept to delivery, including Test Driven Development (TDD).
  • Handle the post-production processes, drive quality, and implement testing standard practices.
  • Problem solving and issue-resolution abilities; Independently defines problems and identifies solutions in the face of ambiguity.
  • Ability to maintain a high attention to detail in a date-oriented work environment.
  • Experience in how interconnections play a key role in various business priorities.
  • Proven knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and management techniques.
  • Strong ability to handle change in a multi-layered environment and influence others without direct authority.
  • Ability to work through and directly deal with difference of opinion.
  • Independently drives work, with some supervision, guidance, and coaching from line manager and senior members of Engineering and Product team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in technical field or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Project Management Certification is preferred.
  • 3+ years in program delivery and project management experience with a consistent record of growing responsibility.
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing multi-functional partners and senior leaders.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
