How will you make an impact in this role?

Senior Manager-Digital Product Management is a product development role, you will be instrumental in spearheading the integration of the Blueprint platform with enterprise-level capabilities to support marketing and cross-selling initiatives. You will partner with Marketing to develop a structure around which messages and offers are prioritized, personalized and timely for our customers and evolve these strategies along with the needs of our customers and our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of enterprise marketing capabilities into the Blueprint platform
  • Manage the development and delivery of Agile stories and epics, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives for this initiative.
  • Ability to clearly articulate impact of any changes to team members and ensure testing and acceptance processes are completed successfully.
  • Lead projects independently from end-to-end. Build consensus while also identifying risks and communicating with leadership to remove roadblocks. 
  • Partner with Analytics to co-develop a framework to integrate platform and enterprise data with the goal of delivering multi-touch attribution to enable spend optimization. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Marketing, Engineering, UX Design to develop solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements and timelines. 
  • Create and update management reports to track progress of development and quantify impact post-launch. 
  • Manage and mentor an associate team member.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in digital product and development with proven ability to deliver features in a timely way.
  • Balance of technical and business knowledge with experience working with engineers and designers on complex products in an agile way
  • Familiarity of marketing attribution methodologies and implications for investment
  • Background in or demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools to derive insights including A/B testing, funnel analysis, session replay, user surveys, cohort analysis, etc

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including change management conversations.
  • Structured, analytical thinking: Ability to dive deep on data to monitor results and quantify impact.
  • Curiosity & grit: Ability to conduct independent discovery and research, driving outstanding questions to resolution.
  • Organization and planning: focuses on key priorities, understands tradeoffs and plans with stakeholders in an efficient manner.
  • Flexibility/adaptability: Cool with rapidly changing priorities and projects.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
