Basic Purpose:
The Analyst of Sales Analytics is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth at Hain Celestial by delivering end-to-end analytics across multiple data sources. This role plays a pivotal part in helping the company leverage data for strategic insights, supporting the business’s goals through expert reporting, analysis, and business intelligence initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leverage syndicated retail sales data, internal order and shipment data, financial data, and sales planning data to generate actionable insights.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting using Excel, ensuring current business needs are met while transitioning to PowerBI as the future reporting platform.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations that contribute to profitable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and other cross-functional teams to create data-driven solutions for business challenges.
  • Identify and monitor KPIs that impact sales and profitability, delivering clear and concise scorecarding and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the improvement of analytical processes, including the automation of reporting through PowerBI.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations in PowerBI to present complex data in an understandable format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support the adoption of PowerBI as the primary reporting platform, training team members on best practices and optimizing report design.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, or a similar role
  • Computer skills including MS Office programs with advanced Excel skills.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI, with the ability to develop and optimize dashboards for end-users.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) and internal retail sales data.

  • None

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively across functions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
  • Experience supporting business initiatives with data-driven recommendations and insights.
  • Passion for data accuracy, storytelling through analytics, and continuous learning.
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $62,000 -$85,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
