Summary:
Join our team as a Leasing Consultant and play a pivotal role in presenting and selling our properties to prospective residents. You'll oversee the entire leasing process, from identifying leads to move-in orientation, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout. Your proactive approach will contribute to resident satisfaction and lease renewals, while also managing special events within the community.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Operational:

  • Conduct regular surveys and visits to evaluate competitor offerings and pricing.
  • Prepare the office and tour path for efficient business operations.
  • Generate prospects through online advertising, business outreach, and grassroots campaigns.
  • Assist new applicants with approval processes, coordinate leasing documents, and conduct move-in orientations.
  • Provide outstanding service to existing residents, focusing on retention and lease renewals.
  • Address and resolve resident issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate communication with residents and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain high-level resident satisfaction while adhering to Fair Housing Practices.
  • Participate in industry networking groups and community service projects to promote Centerspace.

Financial:

  • Assist with administrative duties such as processing accounts receivable and payables.
  • Maintain accurate records in software and files

Education & Experience:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Background in sales.

Salary range for this role in the Minnesota market is $17.98-$22.00/hr and is based on qualifications.
