As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll sell an array of ticket options including Full Season, Half Season, Quarter Season, and Feature Ticket Packs, as well as organizing group ticket outings. And don't worry, you won't be confined to a desk all day! This role involves making sales through phone calls and in-person meetings, so you'll get to meet new people and build relationships with fans.   

This is a 12-month developmental program that is designed to grow and develop your skill set as a full-menu sales professional. Our program offers a dynamic and immersive learning experience, equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the competitive world of sales. Aside from developing your sales skills, you can participate in our Early Career Cohort and other networking opportunities. Position is expected to start January 7, 2025.

DAY-TO-DAY:    

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program during the first two weeks of employment, including in-depth product and sales training.
  • Use the knowledge gained from training and mentorship to actively engage in ongoing sales and development programs throughout the year.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through a combination of prospecting, networking, and effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions in CRM system.
  • Continuously develop and refine sales skills and techniques through self-directed learning, team training sessions, and one-on-one coaching sessions with Inside Sales Manager.
  • Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings and sales reviews, providing insights and feedback to help drive team success.
  • Participate in monthly sales competitions for top seller and hard worker.
  • Use CRM and Archtics systems to manage customer interactions and sales process.
  • Provide feedback and ideas to the Inside Sales Manager on sales strategies and initiatives.

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:   

  • A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and proactive follow-through.

WE'D BE THRILLED IF YOU ALSO HAVE:   

  • Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems
  • Previous sales, account management, or recruitingexperience
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships through a consultative approach, actively listening to client feedback and tailoring solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Confidence and comfort in putting oneself out there, initiating bold and engaging conversations with potential clients
  • Proven ability to navigate and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through and meeting deadlines.
