Summary of Duties:
Under general supervision, perform a variety of fiscal administrative support functions for the Graduate School, as well as the units reporting to these areas. Fiscal duties include: monitoring budgets for grants, state funds, and/or program funds; establishing and maintaining comprehensive fiscal record keeping systems; monitoring and maintaining cost center and/or self-sustaining accounts; maintaining professional fee records; and coordinating diverse unit-wide fiscal support functions such as payroll, travel reimbursement, purchasing and fiscal planning.

Additionally, this position will support Graduate School units with diverse activities such as ensure unit compliance with departmental, institutional, state, and/or sponsoring agency policies, rules and regulations, as well as monitoring personnel processing and how they affect permanent and temporary funds. Responsible for advising graduate students, staff and administrators regarding applicable policies and procedures and select/recommend alternative courses of action on assistant ships, cancellations of enrollment, and F&A split policies.

Required Qualifications:
Three years of fiscal record keeping experience; OR equivalent education/experience.
