Position Summary:
The Clinical Psychology department is seeking highly qualified candidates for adjunct faculty positions at our Dallas Campus to teach in our Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) program. Our faculty members typify a scholar-practitioner model of education to teach doctoral-level psychology courses and integrate technology into classroom instruction.
Principal Duties:
- Design and implement course instruction and provide evaluation of students.
- Maintain communication with department administration, faculty, and students.
Position Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree required in clinical psychology or relevant area of scientific psychology (developmental psychology, social psychology, quantitative psychology/statistics, or experimental psychology).
- Graduate of an APA accredited doctoral program (if degree is in clinical or counseling psychology).
- Certain courses require licensure as a health service psychologist.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Neuropsychology, diversity, social psychology, cognitive psychology, cognitive therapy, and behavioral therapy.
- Successful graduate-level teaching is preferred, but not required.
- Strong commitment to graduate instruction, academic excellence, training effective clinicians, diversity, and community service.

Compensation & Benefits
This opportunity is budgeted at $1,124-1,540 per credit and may vary per course with student enrollment. Additional compensation factors may impact total compensation.
